Job Details:
Our client is a small non-corporate upmarket holiday rental company that specialises in holiday rentals, i.e. castles, chateaux, villas country houses etc. They are extremely IT and technology focused for both their internal systems and their marketing, being entirely internet based. They have a relaxed culture, no strict dress code and very friendly atmosphere. You will have responsibility for a country where the company wants to have holiday rentals. This will involve establishing how to divide the country up regionally by means of keyword and more general research, finding new properties appropriate for our upmarket niche in that country, whether by searching the internet or in response to owners approaching us through our website, negotiating commission rates with the owners, gathering all the relevant and necessary information and posting it on our website. Requirements - native Spanish speaker with fluent English - able to commute within Oxfordshire, ideally has a car - intelligent, self-motivated and hard-working person - relax and self-confident telephone manner - very good IT skills - thorough and precise
