Objective
To set qualified meetings with senior executives and through their Executive assistants against an agreed target listing specified by the Account Executive (AE), EVP Business Development and/or President, [Unit].
Support the Account Executive with the administrative tasks in relation with the clients meetings
Requirements
· Establish effective rapport and relationship by phone with personal/executive assistants of major company CEOs/C-level decision makers to secure meetings for Proudfoot Account Executive
· Establish direct contact with C-level client when necessary
· Update and manage the AE diary on Salesforce to minimise travel costs and ensure coverage of all scheduled meetings
· Ensure that Salesforce accounts are cleansed and kept up to date at all times. These will be audited every quarter. This will be done by spot-checking 50 accounts
· Conduct basic research into named industry segments so as to be able to make an informed call. Identify and remain up to date on industry trends and potential business opportunities
· Research specific companies to provide a comprehensive study for the AE to use in preparing for a first meeting
· Use IT/KM databases to generate information on specified accounts
· Prepare summary status report of calls made and specific points of interest identified by potential client executives
· Help the Account Executive with any preparation, and material to develop in relation with the clients meetings: research, PowerPoints, follow up material
· Insure meetings notes are up dated on weekly base, on Salesforce
· Regular cleansing and updating of Salesforce data
