Transcreation manager - Norwegian Speaker Job ID: 46

Bilingua Recruitment urgently looking Norwegian speaker for the translation/transcreation department of a leading international advertising agency that create TV and print campaigns for some of the most recognisable brands in the world. They are currently looking to hire a Portuguese Transcreation Manager to manage the production of culturally adapted marketing communications for major global clients. You will work in the company's office based in the West End (London).

You will be responsible for:

- Pre-screening and selecting the team of Writers and Editors that get the different Brands tone of voice.
- Managing the transcreation process with the team of approved writers.
- Evaluate the Transcreations received to ensure they meet the clients brief (format, tone of voice, language and style) and that the brand and the message is relevant in the local market.
- Under the direction of the Senior Transcreation Manager, plan and execute complex schedules to accommodate client requirements, evaluate risks related to cost, cycle time, and capacity.
- Work closely with the multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth approval of the transcreation supplied.
- Build the Brand Glossary and Library of Approved Assets for all the markets.
- Track financial information and communicate and update project information with the Transcreation Manager.
- Maintain all required record keeping on the company's internal project management system.

Qualifications
 
 
 
* BA/?MA/?BS/?MS in Language-related, Translation, International Business field (or equivalent experience);
* 2+? years experience in advertising
* A plus: 1+ ? year experience with Translation Memory software (Trados, Idiom WorldServer, or Across preferred)
* A plus: Experience with TMX and XLIFF and multiple Sources of Content
